Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations, enquiries and booking confirmations.
- Respond to customers through WhatsApp, email, phone and online platforms.
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage social media accounts and marketing campaigns.
- Promote Ayurvedic treatments, wellness packages and accommodation.
- Maintain relationships with travel agencies and booking partners.
- Update website content, prices and special offers.
- Monitor customer reviews and improve online reputation.
- Develop strategies to attract international customers.
- Prepare weekly booking, sales and marketing reports.
- Requirements
- Strong English communication and sales skills.
- Experience in hospitality, reservations or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of social media, online booking platforms and Excel.
- Creative, organised and target-oriented.
- Expectations
- Increase reservations and monthly revenue.
