Job Description
Job Description: Site Supervisor – Transmission Line (Electrical)Company: Ideas Electricals & Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
Job Location: Yavatmal or Nanded District, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹3.00–₹3.25 LPA
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering
Experience Required:
- Diploma: Minimum 3 years
- ITI: Minimum 5 years
- Relevant experience in 33 kV / 66 kV / 220 kV transmission line projects is required.
Project Duration: 12–18 months, extendable based on performance.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise pole and tower erection activities, ensuring proper alignment as per approved drawings.
- Monitor conductor stringing, sagging, and tensioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and quality requirements.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and provide regular project updates.
- Coordinate with contractor teams and logistics personnel for material handling and site activities.
- Inspect hardware fittings, insulator installations, and ground clearance to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Accommodation and BenefitsShared accommodation provided by the company.
- Food arrangements to be managed by the candidate.
- Transportation allowance or a two-wheeler, subject to availability.
