Job Description
Key Responsibilities :-
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive area growth.
Manage and guide Sales Officers/field sales team.
Manage distributors, wholesalers, retailers and key outlets.
Ensure effective market coverage and product availability.
Drive primary & secondary sales and new market development.
Conduct regular market visits with the sales team.
Monitor team performance, daily productivity and target achievement.
Resolve distributor and market-related issues.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure timely daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
Eligibility :-
Experience: 1–5 years in FMCG Sales & Distribution.
Education: Graduate preferred.
Vehicle: Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory.
Languages: Marathi – Mandatory | Hindi – Conversational | English – Working knowledge.
Skills Required :-
Strong team leadership & distributor management.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Market development & territory management.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good understanding of FMCG sales & distribution.
