Job Summary : We are looking for Customer Support Executives (Non-Voice Process) to handle customer queries through chat and email support. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer concerns, providing accurate information, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Email and Chat Support.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines.
• Resolve order, account, payment, and service-related issues.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team as per process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
• Research customer issues using internal tools and knowledge bases.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and response-time targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective written communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

• Eligibility Criteria12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experienced candidates can apply.
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
