 About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Mechatronics & Motor Controls Engineer who enjoys working with motors, sensors, electrical systems and real machines.

This is a practical engineering role where you will help make robotic and electromechanical systems move, operate safely and perform reliably.

You will work on motors, motor controllers, batteries, sensors, actuators, wiring, power systems and prototype testing.

 What You Will Work On

 Select and integrate motors based on torque, speed and application requirements

 Work with:

  DC motors

  BLDC motors

  Servo motors

  Stepper motors

  Gear motors

  Linear actuators

  Pumps and thrusters

 Integrate motor drivers, ESCs, H-bridges and servo drives

 Work with encoders and position feedback

 Implement basic PWM and PID-based motor control

 Design and wire low-voltage electrical systems

 Select batteries, power supplies, DC-DC converters, relays, fuses and connectors

 Integrate sensors and actuators

 Work with STM32 / ESP32 / Arduino-based controllers

 Interface systems using CAN, UART, RS485 and similar protocols

 Build electrical prototypes and test benches

 Troubleshoot motors, sensors, wiring and electrical systems

 Participate in prototype assembly and field testing

 Skills Required

You should have a good understanding of:

 Electrical fundamentals

 Motors and motor controllers

 Sensors and actuators

 Basic power calculations

 Wiring and connectors

 Basic control systems

 Electrical troubleshooting

 Multimeter usage

 Basic embedded systems

 Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

 BLDC motors

 Servo systems

 Motor encoders

 PID control

 STM32 / ESP32 / Arduino

 CAN Bus

 Battery-powered systems

 DC-DC converters

 Relays and contactors

 Load cells

 Industrial sensors

 Bonus Skills

Exposure to any of these is a plus:

 VFD systems

 EV powertrains

 Industrial automation

 PCB design

 Pumps and thrusters

 Marine electrical systems

 Waterproof connectors

Practical engineering ability matters more than certificates alone.

You should be able to combine electrical + mechanical + basic software/control concepts and apply them to real machines.

During the interview, be ready to explain a project involving motors, electronics, robotics, EV systems, automation or electromechanical development that you personally worked on.
