Office Boy – Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the entire office, including workstations, reception, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms, and common areas.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors whenever required.
• Handle office-related outdoor tasks such as bank work, courier dispatch/collection, document submission, and purchasing office supplies.
• Assist in loading, unloading, packing, and arranging company materials when required.
• Deliver products, documents, or samples to clients and transporters using the company vehicle, if assigned.
• Arrange meeting rooms and provide support during meetings or office events.
• Ensure proper stock and availability of pantry items, cleaning materials, and other office essentials.
• Maintain office furniture, equipment, and common areas in neat and organized condition.
• Support different departments with routine office tasks as assigned.
• Follow office discipline, wear a neat uniform/shoes (if applicable), and report to the office on time.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management related to office operations.
