Job description:

Lansky Mr Miss Mrs India World is a national fashion, personality, grooming and entertainment platform designed to discover aspiring talent across India and take selected contestants to an international Grand Finale in Dubai.

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive who can connect with aspiring participants, understand their aspirations, explain the competition journey and convert qualified leads into registrations.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels

Explain the Lansky Mr Miss Mrs India World opportunity, registration process and contestant journey

Convert interested prospects into confirmed registrations

Handle objections and answer queries professionally

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates

Maintain accurate lead and conversion records

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/conversion targets

Build strong relationships with prospects throughout the registration process

Coordinate with the marketing and operations team regarding lead status and registrations

Identify high-intent prospects and prioritize follow-ups

Maintain a professional and premium brand image during every interaction

What You'll Be Selling

You will be representing a premium pageant and talent platform where the journey includes:

Registration → Selection → Professional Grooming → State Competition → National Finalists → Dubai Journey → Grand Finale → Crown

The professional grooming program covers areas such as fashion, ramp walk, styling, confidence, communication, public speaking, camera facing, photoshoots, stage movement and interview preparation.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales, admissions, business development or a similar role

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Good objection-handling and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage

Hindi and English communication skills preferred

Experience in events, fashion, beauty, education, hospitality or entertainment sales will be an added advantage
