Job Summary

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for two enthusiastic LMS Trainers to support the Training Department in managing and promoting the Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with excellent communication skills and the ability to guide users, monitor learning progress, and provide first-level support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions and demonstrations on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Monitor and present employee learning progress through the LMS.
• Provide first-level support to users for LMS-related queries and issues.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of assigned learning modules.
• Create and update training materials, presentations, and user guides.
• Track training completion, generate reports, and maintain LMS records.
• Assist in onboarding employees on the LMS platform.
• Identify user issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution when required.
• Encourage user engagement and improve LMS adoption across the organization.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly training reports.
• Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
• Freshers can also apply.

Experience

• Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or LMS support.
