Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily warehouse activities ko supervise karna.
  • Staff/helpers ko work allocate karna aur unki productivity monitor karna.
  • Loading, unloading, picking, packing aur dispatch activities ko manage karna.
  • Stock movement aur inventory records ko maintain karna.
  • Daily attendance aur manpower deployment check karna.
  • Shift targets ko time par complete karwana.
  • Warehouse mein safety, cleanliness aur discipline maintain karna.
  • Transporters aur other departments ke saath coordination karna.
  • Daily work/shift report prepare karna.
  • Kisi bhi operational issue ko senior management tak report karna.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication aur team-handling skills.
  • Basic warehouse/logistics knowledge.
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred.
  • Shift mein kaam karne ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.
