About the Role 
We are a growing manufacturing company in the cleaning, hygiene / FMCG products segment.
 We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Plant Operations Executive who can independently manage stores, dispatch coordination, and daily factory support activities.
This role is critical to ensure smooth material flow, on-time dispatches, accurate records, and discipline on the shop floor.  

Key Responsibilities
1. Stores & Inventory Management
Maintain inward & outward records of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
Ensure proper storage, labeling, FIFO/FEFO where applicable
Daily stock updates in Excel / Google Sheets
Coordinate with purchase team for material availability & shortages
Assist in physical stock verification & reconciliation  


2. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, delivery challan, packing list)
Coordinate with transporters / tempo / courier partners
Ensure correct quantity, packing, and loading of material
Track dispatches and share updates with sales/accounts team
Maintain dispatch register & proof of delivery (POD)  


3. Factory & Production Support
Support the production team in batch preparation, packing, labeling
Ensure daily production entries are updated properly
Monitor basic discipline, housekeeping, and material movement on shop floor
Assist supervisor/manager in daily plant activities

  

4. Coordination & Reporting
Act as a link between Production, purchase, and SupplyChain
Share daily status reports (production, dispatch, stock)
Highlight delays, shortages, or issues proactively  


Skills & Requirements
1–4 years experience in factory / plant / warehouse / FMCG operations
Basic knowledge of stores, dispatch, and inventory handling
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
Physically fit and willing to be on shop floor
Honest, disciplined, and process-oriented  


Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in chemical / FMCG / manufacturing unit
Familiarity with Tally entries or dispatch coordination
Local candidate (Mumbai / Navi Mumbai preferred)

BRANCH MANAGER <div>Key Job Responsibilities </div><div>Customer Championship</div><div>•Maintain regular &amp; continuous relationship with existing and potential customers.</div><div>•Constant study of market and identify market trends to - aid innovation and/or to meet the need(s) of customers by up-sell/cross sell of products.</div><div>•Initiate, implement/coordinate and participate in marketing for achieving the above. </div><div>•Achieve customer delight through eﬃcient customer service. Retain existing customers and acquire new continuously. </div><div> </div><div>Product – Process Championship</div><div>•Achieve branch targets and ensure proﬁtability of the unit (branch). </div><div>•Will involve in Field Visits for Marketing / Collection activities basis to branch requirements</div><div>•Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the branch. </div><div>•Ensure operational adherence as per Manual of Instructions and laid down policies and practices. Mitigation &amp; Prevention of Risk (material &amp; people) by early and timely detection of fraud(s) and up-hold the vision &amp; values of the Organization and goodwill of customers. </div><div>•Recovery of receivables: To ensure organization’s revenue ﬂow and protect customer’s long-term interest by regular monitoring and follow up. Should adhere to the operation protocols mandated by the organization. </div><div>•Eﬃcient maintenance of branch books of accounts, documents and statutory records and upkeep of branch premises and physical Assets.
