Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred); MBA or Sales/Marketing certifications are a plus
 preferably in ERP, CRM, or construction-tech software
Strong domain knowledge of construction workflows, project lifecycles, and real estate business models
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce) and maintaining detailed records of sales activity
Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently under guidance from the Regional Head
