Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Team Lead with experience in credit card sales to manage and guide a team of telecallers in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills to achieve targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of tele sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Develop and implement sales strategies for credit card acquisition and upselling.

Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.

Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.

Ensure adherence to BPO and client policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
