Customer Service and Order Handling
• Greeting Guests: Extending a warm welcome to customers entering the restaurant or using the drive-thru.
• Order Taking: Accurately taking food and beverage orders, often using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system. This includes counter, drive-thru, and mobile/delivery orders.
• Processing Payments: Handling transactions, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods, and accurately counting change.
• Menu Knowledge: Answering customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and promotions, and making suggestive sales (e.g., upselling to a combo).
• Issue Resolution: Politely and professionally addressing minor customer complaints and concerns, or escalating them to a manager when necessary.
 Food Preparation and Quality
• Food Preparation: Preparing and cooking food items according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and preparation procedures.
• Beverage Making: Preparing specialty hot and cold beverages (e.g., coffee, shakes, fountain drinks).
• Order Assembly: Accurately assembling and packaging food and beverage orders for dine-in, take-out, or delivery.
• Quality Control: Ensuring all food meets quality, temperature, and presentation standards before serving.
Cleanliness, Safety, and Operations
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, including the kitchen, service counter, dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas.
• Washing Dishes: Cleaning and sanitizing utensils, equipment, and cookware.
• Stocking and Inventory: Unloading, stocking, and organizing inventory, supplies, and merchandise as needed, following first-in, first-out (FIFO) principles.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to all company, local, and national health, safety, and food handling/hygiene regulations.
• Opening/Closing: Performing routine opening and closing procedures, such as preparing stations, cleaning equipment, and counting down registers.

We have the following openings for our restaurants at below mentioned locations.
 
1.   Job Position:           Team Member- Hourly
 
2.   Location:               Eros Mall Ghaziabad and Pacific Mall Ghaziabad 
                                               
3.   Job Profile:               
#To take care of guests' orders at restaurants. To work as kitchen staff, cashier, make sure for accurate transactions with proper GST to be followed.
#Prepare burgers (Veg & Non Veg) in the kitchen with proper hygiene. And to take care of the dining area for guests and have their feedback.
#Store hygiene, being into food business cleanliness and hygiene is important to us, ensure to maintain cleanliness at Store level.     
#Daily cleaning & mopping of the restaurant.
                                         #Maintaining stock keeping in stock room & cold storage, ensuring proper stacking of stock to maintain FIFO.
 
6. Work Timings                         9 hrs rotational working shift
                                          14.00 to 23.00 pm, 17.00 pm to 02.00 am & 19.00 pm to 04.00 am – Boys have to be open for working in any shifts.
 
7. Week off                                1 WO per week, between Mon to Thursday. (No week off on Fri ,Sat & Sun).

Salary Bracket :-          

For Team Member- Hourly  Location: MG Road, Pondichery Salary: Rs. 13000 per month, on completion of 208 hours (26X8 working in a month + Medical Insurance + 1 time on job snacks (Burger + 1 Cold drink)+PF

(Uniform deduction - Refundable deposit of Rs.700/- will be deducted from their salary in 2 equal instalments. The deducted amount will be refunded to them in their 6th & 7th month salaries accordingly.

To take care of guests' orders at a restaurant. To work as kitchen staff, cashier, make sure for accurate transactions with proper GST to be followed.
Prepare burgers (Veg & Non Veg) in the kitchen with proper hygiene. And to take care of the dining area for guests and have their feedback.
Store hygiene, being into food business cleanliness and hygiene is important to us, to ensure cleanliness at Store level.     
Daily cleaning & mopping of the restaurant.
Maintaining stock keeping in stock room & cold storage, ensuring proper stacking of stock to maintain FIFO.

Work Timings           
9 hrs rotational working shift (8 am to 6 pm / 02:00 pm to 11:00 pm, 5:00 pm to 02:00 am & 07:00 pm to 04:00 am (For Boys) – Boys have to be open for working in any shifts.)- For Girls - - Morning Shift
