Role Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, leading a sales team, and driving revenue growth within the assigned regions. The role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and expertise in market analysis to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion:

Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in key markets such as Varanasi, Jaunpur, Ghazipur, Ballia, Patna, and Azamgarh.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to continuously adjust sales tactics.

Seek out new business opportunities and grow market share in these regions.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve collective sales goals.

Develop and organize training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.

Handle customer concerns and ensure their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure smooth product deliveries.

Sales Metrics & Reporting:

Provide detailed sales reports and analysis to management.

Identify patterns in sales data and market trends that will drive growth.

Budgeting & Sales Forecasting:

Develop and manage sales budgets.

Forecast sales performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Negotiation & Sales Presentations:

Lead high-level sales presentations and negotiations with clients and distributors.

Ensure that pricing strategies are in line with Kamdhenu Cement’s objectives.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Sound knowledge of the cement industry and its distribution networks.

Expertise in CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
