Job Title: Stock & Media Support Assistant

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented staff member to manage product photography, update stock images, and assist with client communication through video calls. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and comfortable handling both visual content and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Take high-quality photographs of products/items in stock. 

- Regularly update stock pictures for inventory records, website, and marketing use. 

- Ensure all product images are clear, accurate, and professionally presented. 

- Organize and maintain a digital library of stock photos and videos. 

- Conduct video calls with clients to showcase products, answer inquiries, and provide updates. 

- Coordinate with the sales and inventory team to ensure accurate stock representation. 

- Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items when noticed during updates. 

- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to stock and client communication.

Requirements: 

- Basic photography skills (mobile or camera photography). 

- Good communication and presentation skills. 

- Confidence in handling video calls with clients. 

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge. 

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 

- Previous experience in photography, customer service, or stock management is a plus.
