Sales & Marketing Executive

Dectwin Services Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing IT and software development company, is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Software Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to generate quality leads and convert them into software product sales. This includes identifying potential clients, explaining software solutions, and closing deals to meet monthly targets.

The role involves actively reaching out to businesses, presenting tailored software demos, maintaining client relationships, and following up on leads. Candidates must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and offer the right solution. Experience with CRM tools and knowledge of software sales is an added advantage.

We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT, and years of experience in software sales (freshers with strong communication are welcome). Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
