Job SummaryThe Store Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling Haier home appliances at assigned retail stores. The role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, generating sales, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote Haier products such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, TVs, and other home appliances.
• Approach customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and promotional offers.
• Conduct product demonstrations to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper visibility of Haier products in the store.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with store staff for replenishment.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager.
• Maintain daily sales reports and attendance records.
• Build and maintain good relationships with store personnel and customers.
