Job Description

  • Manage and update customer data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design targeted campaigns and track performance.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for management to monitor customer metrics (e.g., churn rate, NPS, repeat purchases).
  • Ensure CRM processes align with company objectives and customer journey mapping.
  • Integrate CRM with other tools (email marketing, ERP, etc.) for seamless operations.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM usage and best practices.
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors for CRM system upgrades or troubleshooting.
