Need Pharma Sales Experience candidates only
💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage & drive a team of 3 MRs to achieve monthly targets
- Ensure daily doctor coverage, registrations & business generation
- Monitor call average, conversion ratio & productivity of team
- Build strong relationships with doctors & key stakeholders
- Execute company strategy effectively in assigned territory
- Regular field work with team for motivation & performance improvement
- Ensure timely reporting & discipline in the team
🎯 Key Requirements:
Experience in Pharma / Healthcare Sales (MR / ABM / ASM)
- Strong team handling & leadership skills
- Target-driven with good communication
- Willingness to travel 12–15 days/month
- Good knowledge of territory management
