The site engineer is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and execution of the Sports Complex cum Gymnasium Building. This role involves project planning, resource management, budget control, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the timely and successful completion of the project. The Project Manager must ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and effective communication with contractors, engineers, and vendors. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. 
Ensure compliance with blueprints, safety, and legal regulations. 
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. 
Manage costs, procurement, and resource allocation. 
Oversee quality control and risk management.
