Job Responsibilities of this position are as follows.
❖Contact Debtors: Initiate contact with debtors via phone, email, or written correspondence to discuss outstanding debts and negotiate payment solutions.
❖Verify Debts: Confirm the accuracy of debt information, including outstanding balances, due dates, and interest rates, through detailed record-keeping and data analysis.
❖Explain Terms and Options: Clearly explain debt repayment options, terms, and consequences of non-payment to debtors, ensuring they fully understand their obligations.
❖Negotiate Settlements: Work with debtors to reach mutually agreeable settlements, payment plans, or modifications to debt terms, while considering the debtor's financial situation
