Key Responsibilities:
Dishwashing:

Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen utensils.
Ensure the efficient and timely cleaning of all items used in the kitchen.

Sanitization:

Ensure that all items are properly sanitized to meet health and safety standards.
Follow established procedures for washing and sanitizing kitchen tools and equipment.

Kitchen Support:

Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
Keep work areas clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors.

Trash Removal:

Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.
Separate and recycle materials as required.

Equipment Maintenance:

Clean and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure its proper functioning.
Report any malfunctions or issues to the kitchen manager or supervisor.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to address immediate cleaning or support needs.
