Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.<h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Understand a customer’s journey and use cases in a Jira to create a solid roadmap of initiatives</li></ul><ul><li>Define and drive a product roadmap along with other PMs, and to communicate this to teams and leadership as appropriate</li><li>Conduct customer research, market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform the product roadmap</li><li>Gather and analyze user feedback through various channels to inform product decisions and improve user experience.</li><li>Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, program management, marketing and sales to develop and launch new features</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.</li><li>Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement or experimentation, and drive product decisions in alignment with the organizational goals</li><li>Align with other PM's and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities and dependencies</li></ul>On your first day we’ll expect you to have:<ul><li>Proven product management experience from a fast-growing software company</li><li>Strong prioritization skills, evaluating opportunities against the needs of our customers and our business, and clearly communicating rationale behind your decisions</li><li>Good instincts matched with analytical thinking.
