The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all purchasing activities, ensuring the timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and services at the most competitive rates without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.

- Ensure timely preparation and connection of shipments/documents to carriers (e.g., DHL/UPS/FedEx).
- Obtain shipper/receiver approval via checklists for all export/import shipments.

Billing & Financial Coordination- Accurately pass CHA bills, GSEC (Goods & Services Tax Electronic Credit), warehouse charges, etc., to billing team.
- Ensure no delays in data processing to billing department.
- Monitor booking-to-billing process; verify accurate freight and other charges with accounts team.

Air Freight (Airport-to-Airport)- Obtain quotes from IATA agents/shipping lines for export/import movements.
- Provide rate quotes to customers after verifying key documents and KYC.
- Secure draft confirmations from customers and share with agents/lines.
- Pre-file checklists, approve drafts, and coordinate transporters to/from airports/ICDs/seaports.
- Ensure seamless process via checklist/draft confirmations (billing duties as above).

17. Any significant loss of materials, whether by theft, damage, or mismanagement, should be immediately reported to the project manager or senior management.
18. Regularly reconcile physical stock with system records to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
19. Store Keeper should be on time and punctual Sunday also the timing is from 9 am to 7pm in case of late or early leave should be penalised.
20. Late of 15 min will be tolerated once or twice in month regular late will cause in our monthly payment and increment.
21. If employee fails to return on the date of given date of return from leave, he will be penalised for his/her TWO (2) days salary.
22. Store keeper must follow the company's anti-bribery and corruption policies,      particularly when handling project invoicing.
