Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation
Prepare espresso-based drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, and iced coffees.
Brew and serve specialty teas and iced tea beverages.
Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.

Customer Service
Take customer orders accurately and recommend menu items when needed.
Ensure every customer receives friendly and prompt service.

Bar & Equipment Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Clean espresso machines, grinders, tea brewers, and other equipment regularly.
Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized according to hygiene standards.

Inventory & Prep
Monitor stock levels of ingredients
Assist with daily prep including brewing teas, making syrups etc.,

Teamwork
Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy hours.
Help maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements
Previous experience as a barista or in a café/food service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn coffee, tea, and boba preparation techniques.

Preferred Skills
