We are looking for a confident, motivated Assistant to handle our real estate team. As the first point of contact with the Director(Sales), you will play a key role in promoting the sales team toward our residential and commercial property projects, scheduling site visits, and following up with leads and then report it to the director.

Key Responsibilities:

Make Report outbound calls to potential customers from leads provided to the team.
Maintain and update the Team database regularly.
Follow ups on the daily bases admin work in the office.
The ability to write professional emails and reports, and to speak confidently with internal stakeholders.
Understanding basic sales principles and practices to assist with strategy and planning.
Tracking sales targets and reports, and creating presentations and documents related to sales management.
Being proficient with essential software like the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other relevant office technology.
Ensuring accuracy in all work, from reports to meeting details. 
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
