Job Description:
As an Event Design and Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and conceptualizing the overall look and feel of our events. You will collaborate closely with our clients, event planners, and production team to create visually stunning and immersive event experiences. Your expertise in layout design, 3D modeling, and graphic design will be instrumental in bringing our clients' visions to reality.

Responsibilities:

Event Design:

Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their event objectives, themes, and desired ambiance.
Develop event design concepts and create detailed layout plans, taking into consideration spatial arrangements, lighting, decor, and furniture placement.
Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create accurate and visually appealing 2D and 3D renderings of event spaces.
Select appropriate color schemes, materials, and props to enhance the overall event design.
Ensure the design aligns with the client's brand identity and event goals.
Graphic Design:

Create captivating and visually appealing graphic designs for event branding, including logos, invitations, signage, banners, and promotional materials.
Develop digital assets such as social media graphics, website visuals, and email templates to support event marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent and cohesive branding across all event materials.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques, incorporating innovative ideas into event designs.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with event planners, production team, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the event design.
Provide clear and concise design instructions and specifications to the fabrication team to ensure accurate implementation of the design.
Communicate effectively with clients to present and explain design concepts, addressing their feedback and incorporating revisions as necessary.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in event design, preferably in the events fabrication and management industry.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and 3D modeling software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in event design, layout design, and graphic design.
Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition.
Creative thinking and ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and present design ideas clearly.
