Dispatch Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on various e-commerce marketplace portals, ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process from receiving an order to its final dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Operations:

Manage and process daily orders received from e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
Mark orders as 'Ready to Dispatch' (RTD) on various seller portals within the required timelines to ensure timely pickup by logistics partners.
Generate and print shipping labels, invoices, and other necessary dispatch documents.
Order Fulfillment & Dispatch:

Coordinate the end-to-end dispatch process, including order picking, packing, and handing over shipments to courier partners.
Ensure all packed orders are accurate against the customer's invoice to minimize returns and errors.
Monitor and track dispatched orders until they are successfully delivered to the customer.
Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain and update order and dispatch logs using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Use basic Excel/Google Sheets functions (like sorting, filters, and simple formulas) to prepare daily reports on orders, dispatches, and returns.
Assist in managing inventory records and reconciling stock levels as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Portal Knowledge: Must have a basic understanding of how to operate e-commerce seller portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.). Direct experience in marking RTD is highly preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential. The candidate should be comfortable with data entry, using filters, sorting data, and basic formulas (e.g., SUM, COUNT).
Dispatch Process: A fundamental understanding of the e-commerce dispatch workflow, from receiving an order manifest to the final handover of packages.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in processing orders and managing data.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines for dispatch.

Team Player: Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
