Ensuring the customer gets the most optimal service and completing the end-to-end GLFH transaction
 
a.   Promptly travel to and from the customers home while safely handling the gold in transit
 
b.   Carry out GLFH transaction while strictly adhering to process and policies

Drive business by promoting gold-backed finance options at partner outlets
Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market reach
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers
Conduct regular visits to partner outlets to ensure visibility and engagement
Monitor competitor activities, schemes, rejection data, and market trends
Provide actionable feedback to management for product and process improvements

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and relationship management
Sales-driven and goal-oriented approach
Good market awareness and negotiation skills
Experience in dealer handling and field sales preferred
