Job Description

Deputy Manager - Credit Management

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Manage domestic debtors, ageing analysis, critical dealers and PDD monitoring.
  • Prepare business-wise debtor MIS, reconciliations and management reports.
  • Evaluate new institutional business and pricing proposals from a credit perspective.
  • Review and control institutional receivables and credit exposure.
  • Partner with Sales, Area Offices and Business teams for credit control and collections.
  • Prepare sales, variance and segment-wise reports.
  • Coordinate with Statutory, Internal and Process Auditors on sales and debtor-related matters.
  • Review/process credit notes for institutional sales.
  • Drive IT automation initiatives to streamline credit, debtor ageing, MIS and reconciliation processes, reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy.

Leverage AI and advanced analytics for early identification of credit risks, collection prioritisation, debtor behaviour analysis and management decision-making.
