We're looking for a barista who genuinely loves specialty coffee — someone curious about where it comes from, how it's roasted, and what makes a great cup.

What you'll do

• Pull espresso and serve filter coffee with consistency and care
• Engage guests with honest, unpretentious coffee knowledge
• Keep the bar clean, organised, and running smoothly during service
• Dial in grinders and adapt to day-to-day coffee variables
• Support the team in maintaining café standards

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years of café experience, ideally in a specialty or third-wave setting
• A working understanding of espresso variables — dose, yield, time, temperature
• Familiarity with manual brew methods (V60, AeroPress, or similar) is a plus
• Curiosity about origin, processing, and roast — you don't need to know everything, but you should want to
• Calm under pressure, good with people, and happy in a small team
