As Area Retail Finance Manager you will be part of the Sales Function and will report to the Area Manager- Sales
The purpose of your role will be to to drive the Retail Finance Contribution to total Retails by developing, standardizing, improving and implementation of the process of Financing at Dealership including adoption of digital financing process at Area office levels. Working towards getting incremental sales through effective retail financing.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Development of Retail Finance process at the dealership
2. To drive adoption of digital financing process at dealership
3. To Maintain and enhance relationship with existing financers and monitoring their Growth in HMCL portfolio
4. Identifying the field level requirement of Schemes for the month or special occasion
5. Execution and implementation of New Initiatives like Leasing, XMI, Card Financing, Lowering cost of financing, etc
6. Developing and maintaining effective reporting mechanism/ MIS template to enable all stakeholders to have more insight into finance reports
7. Ensure availability and support from the financer in all promotional activities planned by Area Office

Academic Qualification & Experience

- MBA with core specialization in Sales/Finance
- 3-4 years in Two wheeler finance/ Branch Banking/ Two wheeler sales

- Knowledge of Banking Products

- Technical/Commercial skills (DMS & SAP)
- Digital Dexterity
