Java Spring boot Developer
Required Experience 9-11 years of software development experience. Strong hands-on expertise in Java 8/11/17. Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices. Strong React.js development experience. Hands-on AWS experience with services such as: EC2 S3 Lambda RDS ECS/EKS API Gateway CloudWatch IAM Experience in API development and integration. Strong understanding of design patterns and distributed systems. Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases. Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills Kafka/Event-Driven Architecture Docker & Kubernetes OpenAI/Azure OpenAI RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Agent Frameworks (Autogen, LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel) MCP (Model Context Protocol) Terraform / DevOps exposure Mandatory Skills Java Spring Boot Microservices React.js AWS AI / Generative AI Key Responsibilities Design and develop highly scalable, secure, and resilient applications using Java and Spring Boot. Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions. Develop modern front-end applications using React.js. Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions. Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS. Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI-powered workflows. Design RESTful APIs and ensure performance optimization. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership. Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps teams. Ensure best practices in coding, security, scalability, and maintainability.Job role
