Current Account – NTB Channel Management Lead is key owner of strategy, roadmap and execution in acquiring Business Banking Customers.

• Create and drive strategies across channels to acquire quality current accounts. 
• Onboard and Manage various external Ecosystem vendors.
• Drive Various Smartbizz Tools & Platforms.
• Identify low performing channels and support them with various inputs to improve performance. 
• Create funnels to help channels with various data points to achieve business targets.
• Competition bench marking on best practices for acquisition and implement the same to achieve business objectives
• Analyze queries/issues received and recommend any changes in process, training, product required.
• Initiate strategies to improve overall current account productivity.
• Strong analytical ability and strong documentation skills 
• Collaborate and engage with Various Business Heads, Zonal and Regional Heads and take regular feedback on business proposition, product, and processes.
• Work closely with various stake holders to translate product vision into sales numbers and values
• Identify & resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial & technical goals.
• Regularly initiate channel reviews/meeting to drive business objectives. 

 

 

     

 

 

• MBA from reputed institute with 10+ Years of relevant experience in Business Banking/SME.
• Proficient in Various Data Analytics tools with Analytics Mindset and strong Business Acumen
• Proficient in Power point Presentation.
• Excellence  in oral and written communication and channel drive
• Ability to derive strategic insights and ability to read and understand data 
• Ability to read consumer behavior and trends.

 

• Support sales teams across channels for Current Account NTB acquisition. 
• Manage acquisition tools, onboarding journeys, and sales enablement initiatives. 
• Monitor portfolio quality, activation, and customer engagement. 
• Track channel productivity, conversion, and sourcing quality. 
• Travel across regions and branches for on-ground insights, understanding RM challenges and customer behavior trends. 
• Prepare MIS reports and work closely with the analytics team to generate insights, dashboards, and leadership updates. 
• Drive compliance with KYC requirements, vendor governance standards, and internal policies. 
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to drive business objectives. 
• Manage channel partnerships and performance improvement initiatives. 

KPIs 

NTB acquisition growth, account activation, portfolio quality, vendor onboarding and enable digital tools/automation for efficient RM Functioning, training of tools, conduct business review meetings and portfolio profitability. 

Qualifications 

• MBA/Graduate 

Experience 

3-5 years of banking experience in liabilities, current account acquisition, portfolio management, sales enablement, team management and channel management.
