Project Quantity Surveyor

We are looking forward for dynamic and self – motivated individual for the post of Quantity Surveyor with sound knowledge of BOQ and Tendering for fast track commercial projects. 

VPCPL is a multi-disciplinary Design House providing solutions ranging from Master Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, MEP Services, Project Management Consultancy to Design and Build Services. Together we form an Architectural & Interior Design Consulting Firm that specializes in the Build outs for Corporate offices, Software Development Centers, BPOs, Call Centers, Hotels, Hospitals, Retail Malls & Outlets, IT Parks, Residential Townships.

The Group is equipped with experienced Architects, Interior Designers, Graphic Designers, 3D Visualizers, Electrical & HVAC Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Co-ordinators and Administrative Personnel.

Key Skills

· A good knowledge of construction methods and materials

· Budget handling skill

· Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill

· Must have knowledge of and able to work on cad and project scheduling software's 

· Must be familiar with all aspects of interior fit-outs & MEP Works

· Able to handle the Project BOQ's, budgeting and execution independently

Responsibilties

· Prepare cost analysis based on the Interior layout drawings

· Prepare Tender Documents

· Control all stages of Project within predetermined budget and expenditure.

· Develop accurate BOQ’s and comprehensive cost estimates for Interior Projects.

· Collaborates with Designers and Project Managers to optimize manpower allocation.

· Travel to Client location as and when required
