- Manage and resolve unsecured retail loan portfolios effectively. - Oversee the resolution strategies for delinquent accounts in the unsecured loan segment. - Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely recovery and portfolio health. - Analyze portfolio performance and implement corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to improve recovery processes and customer experience. - Drive initiatives to reduce non-performing assets in the unsecured retail portfolio. - Monitor and report on portfolio status and resolution outcomes regularly. - Lead a team or coordinate with cross-functional teams for portfolio management. - Utilize financial and risk management skills to optimize portfolio resolutions.Job role
