This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the deployment of new technologies and process improvements. The role also includes partnering with business units to clearly define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both functional and operational needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business environment, fostering continuous improvement and effective implementation strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Monitor the implementation of new processes to ensure adherence to design and identify areas for enhancement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Experience in conducting user and task analysis to gather detailed business requirements.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable process designs.
- Familiarity with change management principles to support process adoption.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
