Customer Assistance Manager_Business Loans-Hardship Assistance Unit_Surat
- Manage customer assistance specifically for business loans within the hardship assistance unit. - Handle customer queries and provide support related to loan hardship cases. - Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate resolution of customer issues related to business loans. - Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures while assisting customers. - Maintain records and documentation related to customer assistance activities. - Act as a point of contact for customers facing financial difficulties with their business loans. - Support the team in managing workload and meeting service standards. - Requires good communication and customer handling skills. - Role demands understanding of banking products, especially business loans. - Ability to work in a structured banking environment with focus on customer satisfaction.Job role
