Designation : Travel Consultant

key responsibilities:-

• Handle domestic and international travel enquiries.
• Prepare and sell customized travel itineraries and packages.
• Handle flight bookings, ticketing, cancellations, re-issuance and refunds.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines and other travel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Handle customer queries before, during and after the trip.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, bookings and payments.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Candidate Criteria

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in the travel industry.
• Good knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations.
• Experience in travel bookings and itinerary preparation.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of air ticketing and travel documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
