DGM - Salesforce Auto Cloud
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Own the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market for Dealer Experience (SF Auto Cloud): solution accelerators, reference architectures and industry offerings.
2. Lead the vision, roadmap and delivery of the Dealer Management System (DMS) across two streams, Sales DMS and Service DMS (Sarathi), giving dealers a seamless experience across sales, service, parts, inventory and customer engagement.
3. Ensure DMS integrates cleanly with M&M systems and Salesforce, driving dealer productivity, service retention and adoption.
4. Act as solution authority and escalation owner for Dealer Experience Cloud and DMS engagements, ensuring delivery quality.
5. DMS integration of Auto Cloud with SAP, create the vision for Sale on Salesforce, integration and technical specification along with driving adoption for the dealers .
6. Manage the Salesforce partner relationship: AE connect, co-sell motions, certifications and product roadmap alignment.
7. Engage M&M and dealer-network stakeholders to shape requirements, drive adoption and build long-term relationships.
8. Lead and develop the team: convert the vacancy, grow a delivery bench through cross-skilling from SF Cloud Leadership, and build leadership depth.
9. Partner with Core SF Cloud leadership (web, marketing, eComm, sales, service) to reuse shared platform capability and avoid duplication.
10. Future focus: take Dealer Experience Cloud beyond Sarathi and the DMS into new dealer-facing capabilities such as AI-led insights and connected, data-driven dealer journeys, building it into a repeatable, industry-grade offering.
Experience
12+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years in Salesforce, with 3+ years leading a practice, portfolio or large multi-team programs
Industry Preferred
Automotive (M&M and dealer ecosystem) preferred; IT services / consulting with Salesforce delivery experience
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering or Computer Science; MBA preferred
