Automation Playwright- Subcontractor 4C

Area(s) of responsibility

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and define UAT scope and objectives.

Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and requirements.

Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure alignment with business expectations.

Facilitate UAT execution by coordinating with business users and providing necessary support.

Document UAT results, feedback, and obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders.

Ensure all critical business scenarios and edge cases are covered during UAT.

Track, analyse, and resolve issues identified during UAT in collaboration with development and QA teams.

Maintain clear and detailed documentation of test cases, defects, and resolutions.

Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.

Experience in testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.

Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA,ADO or similar.

Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of SQL and database validation.

⁠Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint-based testing cycles.

Knowledge in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
