Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Connex Developer with 3-6 years of experience in the payments domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting ACI Connex applications, with a strong understanding of payment transaction processing, switch interfaces, and banking/payment ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications using ACI Connex.
• Design and implement payment transaction workflows and interfaces.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support enhancements, bug fixes, and production issues.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and testing teams.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance-related issues.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in ACI Connex Development.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and transaction switching.
• Hands-on experience with Connex scripts, interfaces, and message formats.
• Understanding of ISO 8583, card payments, ATM/POS transaction processing, and acquiring/issuing systems.
• Experience in development, support, and production troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to banking and financial services projects.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, NPCI, or similar ecosystems.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Location Preference: Chennai (Work from Office)
