The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system components, requiring vigilance and adaptability to maintain system integrity and support business continuity effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on support priorities and system updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Datadog.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex software environments using Datadog tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system metrics and logs for effective issue diagnosis.
- Ability to design and implement alerting strategies to preemptively identify potential system failures.
- Familiarity with integrating Datadog with various cloud and on-premise infrastructure components.
- Capability to collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize system reliability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Datadog.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
