Experience

8-12+ years of HCM technical experience with at least 4+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Data Migration and Conversion projects.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Specialist (Data Migration) to independently lead and deliver the HCM Data Migration workstream for a US-based Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.

Key Responsibilities and Skills Required

  • Independently own and lead the HCM Data Migration workstream from discovery through deployment.
  • Define data migration strategy, approach, methodology, and execution plans.
  • Conduct source-to-target data mapping and transformation activities.
  • Design and execute data migration solutions across HCM modules like core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL, ORC, Learning etc using:
    • HDL
    • HSDL
    • Spreadsheet Loaders
    • HCM Data Loader Templates
  • Support extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Collaborate with functional and business teams to resolve data quality issues.
  • Manage mock conversions and production migration cycles.
  • Perform reconciliation and migration sign-off activities.
  • Support cutover planning and production deployment activities.
  • Create migration documentation, mapping documents, load files, and validation reports.
  • Drive data governance, quality, and migration best practices across the project.
