Job Title: QA Engineer (Manual) Designation: Process Lead

Location: Hyderabad_Phoenix

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer (Manual) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in manual testing methodologies and a deep understanding of test automation, specifically with Tosca. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manual testing.
• Utilize Tosca for test automation to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback on product functionality.
• Conduct regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Participate in test case reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve testing processes.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance product quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and testing.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Test Automation using Tosca.
• Proficient in manual testing techniques and methodologies.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and documentation.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
• Familiarity with other automation tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
