Role Purpose 

Responsible for preparing collections scorecards based on formulated strategies to drive recovery/collection/loss target achievement in the early/mid/late recovery stages.

Role Accountability 

1. Develop scorecards for assigned collections bucket (early/mid/late/recovery stage) and track performance against the same
2. Conduct stress testing of collections strategies for assigned buckets and suggest changes to enhance efficacy 
3. Develop propensity to pay model to further optimize the existing calling / field referral strategies to maximize yield
4. Leverage bureau data for effective utilization for design of strategies
5. Conduct regular monitoring of scorecards and models to flag potential areas of concern
6. Analyze strategies post implementation to identify enhancement opportunities and recommend the same for adoption within SBIC
7. Work closely with field / tele calling leads  to finalize the plan so as to deliver the MOU basis optimal strategies and ensure seamless implementation
8. Prepare MIS/business reports and share with leadership as required

2. Rate of Recovery (Only if assigned recovery portfolio)
3. Cost of Collections 
4. Credit Cost 
5. Timely development, testing and validation of scorecards
6. Delinquency Rate for assigned portfolio (early/mid/late)
7. Timely preparation of dashboards
8. Timely & accurate MIS/business reporting
9. Quality of recommendations on collection strategies
10. Process adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

1. 1.Good knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies
2. 2.Good Knowledge of backend data architecture
3. 3.Knowledge of SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau etc.
4. 4.Exposure to performance scorecard development
