Role

As a Team Manager - Manufacturing Planning, you will be responsible to analyse & identify gaps in planning & Improvement activities in production & reporting to Manufacturing Head for optimum utilization of resources & reducing losses in plant to meet production KPI’s targets.

A purpose driven role for you

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Preparation of reflections from last year on KPI’s & SWOT analysis to drive Future themes & KPI”s to meet company goals
• Analyse the production planning for optimum utilization of resources to meet SKU Adherence
• Analyse the product conversion cost for maximum utilization of financial resources to  meet product conversion cost targets
• Analysing the gaps in Operational Efficiency of plant & accelerating JH & KK Pillar Activities to meet monthly & Annual Pillar targets
• Support in promoting improvement culture in factory with co-ordinating KK Pillar
• To achieve IMS and EnMS objectives through adherence of systems and procedures for resource conservation in Section

A Day in the life

• Analysing & Report submission: KPI’s Reflections, SWOT Analysis & External Circumstances

• Analysis & Gap Identification  with report submission to Production Head on daily production (section wise) with inventory Status
• Analysis & Gap Identification  with report submission to Production Head on daily & Monthly cost parameters Status & general budgets for necessary Actions
• Analysis & Gap Identification with report submission to Production Head on daily Losses in production in terms of OEE, Safety , Multiskilling & JH
• Analysis & Gap Identification  with report submission to Production Head on monthly Kaizens & improvement projects status in production

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 4-8 Years of relevant work experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Budget Preparation
• Understanding of benchmarking process
• Formulation of action plan for mitigating risk related to IMS & EnMS
• Understanding of TPM

Behavioural Skills

• Analytical Skills
• MS Office
• Communication Skills
