Portfolio Manager_Personal Loan-Recovery Area_Bangalore
- Responsible for managing the portfolio of personal loan recovery. - Oversee recovery operations and ensure timely collection of dues. - Coordinate with recovery teams and stakeholders to optimize recovery processes. - Analyze portfolio performance and implement strategies to reduce non-performing assets. - Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. - Requires strong understanding of personal loan products and recovery mechanisms. - Role demands good communication and negotiation skills to handle recovery cases effectively. - Candidate should be able to work in a dynamic financial services environment. - Experience in banking or financial services sector is preferred. - Focus on achieving recovery targets while maintaining customer relationship standards.Job role
