Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, coordination with clients, contractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare and verify measurements, bills, and work progress reports.
• Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and site resources effectively.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Maintain project documentation, site records, and daily reports.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Coordinate with procurement and accounts departments for material and billing requirements.
• QualificationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
• Experience1 to 5 years of experience in industrial, commercial, residential, PEB, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in site execution, quantity estimation, and project coordination is preferred.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of construction methods and civil engineering practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying and billing will be an added advantage.
