Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of MEP works, coordination with contractors and consultants, quality control, and adherence to project timelines and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and supervise MEP installation works at project sites.
• Oversee electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
• Review MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and drawing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Track material requirements, vendor activities, and contractor performance.
• Prepare daily progress reports, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Required Skills and QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in MEP execution, preferably in commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage.
• Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and contractor management skills.
• Good communication and project management abilities.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in building construction, interior fit-outs, retail outlets, or commercial projects.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
